ok this is my favourite restaurant in haad rin! when i went i wasn't really into spicy stuff so ate quite a bit of western food. and walked past this place for the first couple of months i didnt even know what it was called until one day my friend texted me to meet for lunch and i asked where and she said for the love of cod are you coming and i was like what? and she said the restaurant by the cactus bar.

and oh my god do they do the best chip butties there. the guy that runs it is english called joe. nice guy and lovely staff.

they have a projector and show good films and the main thing i like about this place is you can just be you and a couple of friends in there watching a movie with the flip flops off stretched out on the sofa with a chip butty in one hand and a drink in the other perfect for a lazy day watched 2 movies in a row a couple of times. the sofas are these really sofa foam type ones zebra print and they have little table and chairs behind if you dont feel like relaxing that much........

god i miss that place although they didnt have a toilet when i was there so hopefully they will maybe have one now
