when i first got to ko samet i stayed in ao phai bungalow but i wasnt to impressed by it so I moved to jep bungalows.

I had one of there sort of guesthouse rooms where there are around 4 rooms on the same level and then you share the bathroom below. for 300 baht you don't expect much but their rooms are really nice big bed a tv! perfect for rainy times as i found out and 2 movie channels with it. the shared bathroom werent as great as some i've been in but the room more then makes up for it and the restaurant opposite does the best food. oh my god is the food good no matter what you eat and its right on the beach too
